and good of preparation. Understand about weakness for teaching, and I be able motivation.

if u don't know the answer, u can answer later.. if u can't answer because of the language, u can answer with bahasa indonesia..

- Don't wait too long when your student doing their work. Give a limit time to finish their work.
- If any student asking for a question, even though a stupid question (like mr. Steve said) you have to explain or answer first,before you go to the next step.
But you've done your job systematically. That's good to be studied.
